  1. Having worked in a large corporation, this is not unique to Tesla. Lying and laziness are easily forgiven. Telling the truth at the wrong time is the fastest way to get into trouble and often unforgivable.

  2. Isn’t this the same man who called a heroic rescue diver … a pedophile? Seriously, can there be any doubt that Elon Musk has mental problems? Profound mental problems. Wealth and fame do not make you a “good” person. In fact, wealth and fame are far more likely to turn you into a basket case.

  3. I See TESLA has announced the CyberTruck…

For 76K USD you get a DeLorean Self Driving Lookalike – SSteel Body, TRi Motor AWD and it apparently will get 500 miles and can Tow 14,000 lbs.

What they didnt expressly say was that you will get 500 miles WHILE towing said 14,000 lbs. Nor did they offer any info on Self Driving – backing up an RV..??

But I’d bet it can light your Campfire …. or your campsite …. or the forest.

  4. meh.
GM pioneered the flaming vehicle thing with their gas tanks perched right next to a pointy edged seam in the sheet metal.
which would puncture the gas thank in a collision. And burn the occupants to black carbon.
    remember that ?
if there was a whistleblower in that case we didnt hear about them.

    1. And NBC FAKED roll over crash tendencies of Ford Explorer …

It seems the consumer needs to sort through the bs and the truth regardless of whom is blowing dog whistles

PS … when I met my wife, she was driving a Ford Pinto. Having survived that mistake, I dramatically upgraded her vehicle choices. And she’s not been incinerated since. Oh, and she’ll NEVER get into a Tesla. Neither hers, nor anyone else’s.

      1. oh jeez ya, I watched the vid. msm msm msm wherefore art thou msm . . . .
        caveat emptor le plus forte.
does anyone recollect the infamous ashton-tate dBase IV release where the demo version . . . . . .
crashed? lotsa sad faces that day. stock holders amongst them.
        splat splat splat.
reminds me of the movie ‘Tucker something’, starring Jeff Bridges. bloke tried to get in on the auto mfg’ing craze at the time.
        splat splat splat.
is tesla near the ‘tipping point’?

  5. We have the supermen neo-regals. The unenlightened despots in league with sycophants in government and media.
You see, they are patriots, so above the law, and their infinite brilliance outweighs their vindictiveness, criminality and pedophilia.
Diversion, inversion, and projection is their stock in trade. They are the Dips of big government, labour and business.
Amorality trumps conscience. We’re just a statistic that pays the bill.
We need a quiet revolution, aka an actual election, with unhypnotized, obliviousless voters, to rid ourselves of these parasites.

  6. Musk is a malignant narcissist and possibly a megalomaniac. They tend not to like being challenged in any way, shape, or form. They are also pathologically incapable of telling the truth, unless they perceive some sort of immediate benefit to them. Then they’ll gaslight you about it further down the road.

If this weren’t Elon Musk, and if this weren’t under the aegis of the Watermelon Umbrella, he would have been perp-walked and charged a long, long time ago, assuming he was even capable of raising the capital to do all this crap in the first place, absent the green-machine virtue-signalling.

  7. Just as wind farms are the only industrial entity given free license to systematically chop up Raptors and Bats, Musk and Tesla will be ignored for the odd human incineration and e-crash. Consider them both as Democrat institutions wherein the ends justify the means.

  8. The Cult of Elon.
Tesla has all the earmarks of a cult. The members demonstrate the impassioned blindness of true believers.
On the brightside think of the Darwinian Joy of cars that bake their lovers and the Urban renewal inherent in vehicles that spontainously combust in your garage.
What use is a pickup,in which the payload is less than the battery weight?
Of course with that thermal runaway, the “Hold my beer and watch this” will be spectacular.
Just imagine the cross country river fording scene.
Or stuck in a bog, until the battery gets wet.

    1. Or rock climbing
Or parked in a stubble field, forest, hay field.
Gawd forbid this things show up at a drill rig or Fort Mac!

  9. If this is true then the ambulance chasing US lawyers will be all over this and filing civil suits as fast as they can before Tesla goes bust. Would love to see Musk in jail. He can join that cheating Nissan President and the cheating Volkswagen president.
