The upcoming UN migration pact which requires signing nations to promote acceptance of migrants and create regulations to shut up anyone who is critical of migration or does not relish “diversity”. Now this is already happening in Canada, but the UN pact creates greater mandate to do this and of course ultimately undermines national sovereignty. That is why an increasing number of countries will not sign the pact on Dec. 11th. Canada is lined up front and centre ready to sign without any real discussion in Canada because the Pact and its potential impact is being suppressed by the main stream media. So now, Liberals are buying control of the press. They will also attempt to muzzle any media that does not support their agenda. Many alternative sources for news will be systematically shut down — likely through endless lawsuits once their draconian regulations are in place.

  13. All surviving big media is now under direct government control. There are no property rights in Canada, and speech and unapproved thoughts can now be punished through kangaroo tribunals. The landscape has changed more dramatically in the last 20 years, than the last 100. Canada has destroyed it’s oil industry, and almost, the only good jobs left are working for the government. Bit by bit, assets are being sold off to delay the inevitable. Debt is accelerating and deficits are growing. Credit ratings are dropping for every province and ultimately, the country as a whole. Our leader is of the same quality as the Bus driving Presidente of the other socialist experiment. The victims, of all manner of imagined societal atrocities, are fighting over who is best charged to punish the offenders, and they’re standing on each other’s bodies to grab the brass noose. Divisions are becoming so great that one can barely distinguish between a foreign enemy and one’s own neighbors.

    There is no political optimism of community, only aspirations of totalitarian power. Canada flag being red and white already will be the only identifiable symbol left from a place long gone.
