  1. RBG appears to be pretty close to being unable to perform as a judge. The only limit is “shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour.” The only way to get rid of her is by impeachment and that ain’t happening. If she ends up in the hospital I suspect she could spend 2 years on a heart-lung machine to hope for a Democrat President and/or Senate.

    1. Smarter and honourable people actually RETIRE from the court. RBG has no honourable qualities. In fact, with her acting out her clinging to life strategy, tilts the court even further to the right. Silly senile git

    2. I am thinking the same thing. Short of death, the Dems will beg her to hang on at all costs in the hopes they can get the Senate next time around.

Wouldn’t it be fun it Trump could appoint and install another justice? Ha! Leftists will explode.

      1. Short of death…?

Since when do Democrats let the fact people are dead prevent them from still using them for political gain?

Remember the movie ‘Weekend at Bernie’s’? Get ready for ‘2 Years at Ruthie’s’!

    3. The REAL question is: WHO? has been performing RBG’s duties for the past several years, when she is more-often seen dozing-off in public than in an alert state of mind? Her “Staff”? Who are they? Who nominated THEM to the SCOTUS? Who CONFIRMED THEM to the SCOTUS? Not acceptable.

Sorry. She should be removed from the Court for cause. Cause of inadequate mental and physical health to conduct her duties. When a member of the SCOTUS abdicates their primary responsibilities to subordinates … then they need to GO!

      1. I’m praying for a nurse to do the right thing and to give the apostate sow a lethal dose of morphine.

If that sounds harsh, it would be a better death than Scalia’s.

(Judeo-Christian? Ruth is an apostate. Drop her carcass off at the dogfood factory.)

  2. Cue the Main Stream Media:
    “…It all TRUMPS Fault..”

i’m sure, if they could, they would pin the Killing Fields on him as well..

    1. Wait, they aren’t his fault? :O Next, you’ll be telling me he had nothing to do with the potato famine.

      1. The reason he allows all that fracking is that he killed the dinosaurs using the Chixulub meteorite.

  3. “Typical recovery time for broken ribs is about six weeks, according to WebMD, so it’s possible that Ginsburg could be back on the bench before the year ends.”

Not for an 85 year old.

  4. A little history. This is the second time this has happened. She cracked a couple ribs a while ago. She’s, also, had two bouts with cancer. She gambled that Hillary would win so she could retire. You might recall her derogatory comments about Trump after the 2016 election. It stemmed from that. She realized that any voluntary retirement was now 4 (likely 8) years away.

That being said, I’ll wager Trump gets 3 more picks for the Supreme Court. RBG, Breyer (who is a frail looking 80), and likely a retirement of Thomas.

  5. And the Left incessantly calls Trump mentally unfit after an 18 month gruelling run for office and tirelessly doing stump speeches in front of crowds bigger than 10,000? RBG is 85 YEARS OLD for gawdsakes! I visit a total care facility where that’s about the median age of the residents who have a tough time even wiping their butts and need reminding to do simple things like taking their meds, going to meals and making it down the hall to the rec room to play bingo. When a resident experiences a catastrophic injury causing fall that is almost always a clear indication of significant health decline and the injuries sustained which limit mobility speed the decline further – and that decline isn’t just physical but also involves mental competence and awareness. Many people never recover from their injuries. I doubt there would be much surprise if RBG didn’t make it much past Christmas in any capacity resembling a functioning Supreme Court Justice and if the same mental fitness standard the Media uses for Trump were applied to her I think she would have left the court a while ago.

So given the impending threat of having to endure yet another Trump SCOTUS nominee the Dems no doubt will be moving at light speed to impeach the Prez.

    1. Don’t hope for too much. Go slow on this.
I’m 90 and live alone. Besides which I spend hours searching and submitting photos and records to the Canadian Virtual War Memorial website for both WWI and WWII casualties. Have over 500 in my files still to submit and keep that all bouncing around in my head plus the day-to-day stuff I have to deal with.
If she’s had cancer, she might be given a MRI for bone cancer. I had one and was clear, but we don’t want to wish that on her.
She will retire in the New Year: my only prediction.

      1. gellen – May you live a happy and healthy life well past 100! And for the record, I am willing to PAY $$ (my fair share of taxes) for treatment of all your … pre-existing conditions

Question: Are you retired? What age did you retire? What age do you believe RBG should have retired? Yes, past tense.

        1. Age is irrelevant. I know this coming from a large group of centenarians. Mental acuity and physical demands of each job are the only factors. That being said, Ruth can no more take a big law book off the shelf than she can flap her arms to fly. She cannot ascend stairwells, walk any distance, or even stay awake for ceremonies. During one of her more recent interviews she came off as the female physical equivalent of Stephen Hawking. Her acuity is only sharp in the mornings and she regularly leaves the office by 2 p.m. She sundowns early according to aids and observers. Lifetime appointments are a stupid way to oversee any branch of government. 16 Years max, and then a re-appointment.

          1. Are you talking about Ruth Bader Ginsburg or Hillary Rodman Clinton? (oops, did I imply someone is a pegger?)

Gellen – keep busy and know that your efforts are appreciated. The oldest person I’ve ever known passed at 108. She was doing fine until she got injured, and noticed that those that she doted on were able to get by while she was hospitalized. That demoralization caused the end (IMHO). As she noted at her 106th birthday party, after chugging from a gallon jug of wine, “there’s no disgrace in getting old, but it can be damned inconvenient”.

        2. Thx, but being a Cdn I don’t have to worry about pre-existing conditions. (Please God, don’t let my GP retire till I die or I won’t have one.) I ret’d at age 59 working 10 mon/yr due to auto-immune disease/s.
After finding the following info about the US Supreme Court justices’ hours of work, there’s no way RBG can be keeping this schedule or she’s one feisty little giant of a woman. I think they should all (male and female) be forced to retire at age 70.
….”typically hear oral arguments from October through the end of April (although they sometimes schedule “pre-Term” arguments for September), then finalize written opinions and conduct other administrative work from the beginning of May until late June or early July, when the Court rises for summer recess.
With the exception of time off for vacations and holidays, the justices continue working year-round. After the business of the Court has concluded for the Term, the justices and their law clerks continue reviewing petitions for writs of certiorari for the upcoming Term.”

    2. I suspect that you are right except that impeachment by the House will be a meaningless gesture as it takes 2/3s in the Senate to convict.
And the gesture will possibly backfire by showing the Democrats penchant for looniness and by providing a target for President Trump’s “opinions”…

  6. Doctor assisted suicide seems like a good option to put this leftist down. I’m pretty sure it’s what she would’ve wanted.

  7. “i’m sure, if they could, they would pin the Killing Fields on him as well..”

As well as the attack on Pearl Harbor, the firing on of Fort Sumter, Custer’s Last Stand and the sinking of the Maine. Sadly enough, the average CNN viewer would probably take it as truth.

  8. Can’t she just die already? The sooner she dies the sooner she can be replaced.

Just to add to the fun, may I suggest that President Trump replace her with a proud, patriotic, pious orthodox Jew. America has enough apostates on the bench making a travesty of the law, human and divine both.

    1. “replace her with a proud, patriotic, pious orthodox Jew”

And pro-life woman. And sit back and watch Democrat heads explode.

  9. Really no surprise. She’s kept alive with the blood of teenaged runaways and stem cells provided by Planned Parenthood. 😉

  10. I’ll donate a McRib sandwich to RBG. She needs more BEEF in her diet. Veganism is killing her.

    1. You’re way to generous to the old Ruth Baader Meinhof. The only way she’d get a sandwich from me is after digestion.

  11. It will be Sweet to see all the UnMe NPCs’ heads explode when Trump will get another supreme court judge.
