  1. What kind of delusional twit could possibly have come up with that headline, or have the view that there has been any honeymoon period between the media and Trump?…. Oh, never mind…. someone from the media.

    1. A “progressive” came up with the headline.

A lie repeated often enough becomes the truth. So expect lots and lots of lies from the media. They are digging their own grave.

  2. “Media’s Honeymoon with Trump Almost Over”

They won’t like it when he gets really ticked off.

    1. Are you suggesting that he isn’t lock in there with them, rather they are locked in with him?

  3. The enemy of the people has spoken and they must be taking lessens from the colluding hopelessly corrupt Trudopian media cartel.

  4. These poor wee media narcissists are so desperate for someone/anyone to pay some attention to them, that now they conspire to be the news item.
I guess nobody ever explained that “reporting the events of the day” is not all about you.
The radio host is invisible so must provide content.
The Maxx Headrooms on our “News programmes” are wanna be actors whose whole schick is ..”Look Ma,I’m on TV”

  5. That first paragraph is a beautiful piece of satire. Bet he was grinning and snorting as he wrote it.

Can’t say what the rest of the article was about ’cause not a subscriber.

  6. This is right up there with Sheryl Sandberg demanding that we stop calling her bossy.
    The tone deaf cluelessness astounds.

  7. What in hell does James Freeman think a honeymoon is and how many bruises did his wife have after theirs?

    1. Satire….. he’s mocking the press. Of course there was never a time when the press was “kind” to D.J. Trump. It started before his inauguration and has never let up since. There was no “honeymoon” ever! Freeman knows this. The idea that editors should collude in attacking Trump is absurd. They already are colluding. It’s a brilliant piece of satire. (At least the paragraph I could read was).

  8. 98 % of news about Trump are negative news

A Harvard study says it not me

The imbeciles in the media can turn the volume all the way up on negative news about Trump

there is only 2 % left before the volume is at 10

No one will see any difference

    1. That’s okay, their volume goes-up to 11.

      – Errr, at least 11. The ‘point-and-shriek’ crowd can always find extra volume…

  9. Come on people, do you really need a /sarc to clue you in? As Kate said, headline of the day. Heck, at least of the month. I love it.

  10. If this has been the honeymoon, I would hate to see the divorce. The media looks like Kate in the Taming of the Shrew.

  11. The fake news media are about to take the gloves off now. Watch out Donald Glumpf. We got you now. This is it, the end of blumpf. We finally got him.

  12. Mr. Trump is indeed an *ss, and the populist media have not been silent in the matter, and sometimes seem to make up gossip quite unnecessarily. Hardly a honeymoon.

  13. Ha, Trump’s ‘honeymoon’ with the media was over before his acceptance speech was.

In contrast, Obama is in about year number 10 of his honeymoon with the leftist media.

Personally, I believe the media really needs to run these editorials and finally tell us what they truly think of Trump. I don’t know about anyone else, but after 2 yrs of non-stop coverage, I’m still not quite sure what the media thinks of this particular president. /sarc knob cranked to max then torn off

  14. I finally understand – they are truly mental midgets – if brains were dynamite they couldn’t blow their nose .

  15. Humpty Dumpty Brian Stelter from CNN keeps suggesting that there is a “Pro-Trump Media World” out there. If his show is supposed to be satirical, then they should really label it as such.

  16. Perhaps the US msm was inspired by the Canadian media conspiring, hell, even proudly signing up as a political entity opposed to Harper in the last election. Given that over 50% of Canadian journalists work for the state run media and with the exception of one or two (Rex for example) actively work for the NDP or Liberals, the Yanks have to rely on the deep state of their so called Justice agencies for anything comparable.

  17. I still don’t understand Harper’s toleration of the mainstream media. He didn’t kill CBC despite their constant attempt to delegitimize him. And his government kept approving monopolistic mergers for Bell Canada, owner of CTV, when they were as bad or worse. He could have caused them a world of pain but he chose not to and was defeated. Idiot.
