Re: The ferry being built in China. I sincerely hope that we learned something from the boondoggle that resulted from the construction of the bridge in Victoria a few years back. I will admit that if we didn’t then it will be harder to replace the steel on the ship when it is sitting on the bottom of the Gulf of St. Lawrence than it was to replace the bridge steel on a barge in Victoria Harbour. Buy cheap junk and you end up paying a heftier price.
