  13. Truckers should consider a pivot – pull out fully from Ottawa given that the city and the government failed to negotiate in good faith. They need to recapture the initiative, otherwise they are being reactive and will be played as suckers. Block every border crossing from NB to BC. The government will be on their knees in a week.

Firefighters – source my firefighter niece – are being sworn in as peace officers by the RCMP. Public pay check + vaccination hero status = loyalty.

  19. Whelp, I was driving around Waterloo area yesterday, and I saw quite a few Freedom Convoy supporters out driving on the 401 and in town. There was a dump-truck parked sideways across King St. at Erb St. around 4pm, I heard a lot of people honking encouragement as they drove by. Didn’t appear to be an organized thing, just some people making a statement.

    Basically, the Normies have finally moved. And having moved, they will not go sit back down and shut up just because the OPP tells them to. They will keep moving.

    So if the city, provinical and federal government of this country think they are going to solve this thing with intimidation and arresting Normies for standing on the sidewalk making noise, all I can say is good luck with that, boys.

    While I was listening to the feed a call sigh group of radio cars did a radio check to Alpha Command then weren’t into a “10-3 Stop Transmitting” at just before 16:00 hrs PST (4PM PST) or what we would say in the military, radio silence. A common procedure we would do before beginning a ops/trace.

    About 4:20 PST a “Alpha Command” call sigh. Started addressing the officers on the ground that started to reporting a growing group for people gathering in the parking of CanadianTire after they started seizing fuel from the truckers and a new group of people of media types started asked for OPS media relations( 4:32 PM PST). To which, Alpha command said media relations are not available and all media requests are to be referred to OPS media relations later.

    What was interesting about the youtube feed. They started tracking and reporting a group of 30 bob tail trucks (big rigs without trailers) about 3:15 PM PST and a fuel truck at 3:30 PM PST. All the timings I have given you are not in central time but in PST, at the time of this writing it is 8:30 PM CST and there is a shift change on going with the patrol units of the OPS.

    One take away listening to the radio chatter, Alpha command was controlling several different groups AND the OPS.
    My question was this a fed operation and who was Danny, Alpha command refereed too? and who is Alpha squad ?

    Over the past week, the Freedom Convoy morphed from Truckers to all concerned freedom loving Canadians. These Ottawa f*ckers did not see the impact of the Convoy when it first rolled those weeks ago. It was a surprise but they wargamed it. They wargamed it wrong. And they are reacting wrong. Which means they really have no idea what happens next. They are reacting, which is a first for them.
    It will be nice to know who the scab tow operations are. It will be found out, and the word will get around. When the time comes, and it will, when they need a spare part or some special servicing, the part may take a lot longer to get here, or the servicing may not be available, because the specialist has the Coof.
    This is a whole new game that city folks tend to not understand. It’s adults in the game now. Not big school edjumacated big brains who never worked a real job in their life. Who never understood the dynamics that revolve through people who work in trades or in a harsh environment.

      1. It is against every principle of the right to protest for a government to first declare that protestors are not worthy of being listened to and then to use force to shut them down when they refuse to leave because they haven’t been heard.

        If there is any use for the Canadian Supreme Court or the International courts, this is the time for them to step up. This is classic suppression. There is no time limit to protests. No point at which you can shut down a protest just because you are tired of dealing with it or because it’s making you look bad.

        And yes. If all it takes to shut down a protest is to first lie about it being dangerous and then declare an emergency in order to justify shutting it down, then they can do it to anyone.

  33. I have been at the Coventry Road site many times. We set up safe electricity for them- installing service panels and grounding the generators etc. We opened up an electrical permit. They are lovely, well organized people. They have a strong spirit.
    Tonight the police, very heavily armed, with snipers moved in . They confiscated all the fuel- both propane and gas. The truckers were peaceful. The police left but not before walking through a gauntlet of truckers shouting shame! Shame!.
    I could not get into the camp tonight as the police would not let me. My colleague is inside and I just got off the phone with him. They are in good spirits, have food and enough fuel to get through the cold Ottawa night. They are going to eat, sing music and see what tomorrow brings. Hopefully tomorrow brings a Mayor that is contrite after wildly overstepping his bounds and a police force that realizes it is there to serve and protect and not enforce arbitrary diktats. Oh and maybe a PM that shows his face.
    One can only wish.

  34. The truckers tried to deal directly with Ottawa and despite best efforts, got stabbed in the back. They have two tremendous advantages over the government- they are mobile and unpredictable. They need to pivot and shock the government who thinks they will stay in Ottawa and fight a war of attrition on government terms. Wrong. Pullout of Ottawa without warning and block every bloody border crossing. Bounce from crossing to crossing so that no one has any idea which one has a chance of getting goods through. You are mobile and flexible, they are buried in layers of bureaucracy. You will shut down cross border trade in a week or two – and the Republicans have already made it clear they have your backs! Use the crowdfunding to pay fines, be agile, and you will win. Don’t bog down in a war of attrition in Ottawa, you will be playing their game. Carpe Diem!

  35. Its easy. Everybody find 4 friends take a 15 minute slow roll down the highways 2 or 3 times a day. I know that in Ontario this would be utter chaos to distribution if we get enough people out doing it. OPP can’t be everywhere.

      400-401, 427-QEW, 401-427, 427-409, 407-400 with 30 or 40 cars, SUVs and or trucks at each, would pretty much end it.

  39. I live in Adelaide, Australia and look at Ottawa as I have previously looked at Melbourne. It’s much the same here in terms of the declared “medical emergency” and a health dictatorship, but we’re a slow large country town, so things haven’t moved as quickly as they have in Canada. I really can’t believe what I am seeing – Jesus Christ, this is CANADA, not Burkina Farso. Where are we all headed?

  46. Is it even possible to get an emergency injunction against this? There are so many ways that this violates the right to protest. It can’t be legal to shut down a protest just because you are tired of policing it. This is also collective punishment as opposed to simply dealing with those who do break the law. And finally, the option of actually talking to these people was ruled out early because Trudeau thinks he is too good to talk to people he has declared are beneath him. This just can’t be legal to shut down a protest that you don’t like after refusing to engage with it. I cannot imagine that Canadian law supports this.
