  2. The 700000 thing more counted than sent is not real. However, the fact remains that they were counted in secret.

    1. The article I saw didn’t say they counted 700,000 more than were sent. It said 700,000 more than had been requested. If mail-in ballots were sent out that weren’t requested by registered voters, guess who got them, filled them in, and returned them (in bulk?) for counting.

    Also, I periodically check a lot of the Philadelphia Inquirer’s reporters’ Twitter feeds, and there is absolutely zero interest in covering this story. They’re giving it a good leave it alone. They know just how stinkin corrupt their city is, especially when it comes to elections, and they absolutely know the fraud that went down in that Pennsylvania Convention Center. Their silence speaks volumes.

  9. The gigantic election fraud is tantamount to sedition. Just as big a story is how nearly ALL of the MSM or fake news, has not even touched this. Trump began calling them fake a long time back, but these people are no longer journalists, they are such partizan hacks that they should be ashamed of themselves. That said, they have no shame.   11. The claim made by Rudy that 1.8M ballots were mailed, and 2.5M returned is incorrect.
    The 1.8M postal ballots mailed was for the primaries.
    I strongly suspect that this was fed to him at the last minute with the intent of destroying his credibility on everything else. No matter how good something seems, when it is fed to you at the last minute, without any chance to verify, DO NOT USE IT.

  16. This is just political posturing. The state legislative session ends on Monday, and even if they manage to introduce a resolution first thing in the morning, it dies on the order paper by the end of the day.

    Plus, the (Republican) House Leader already reaffirmed on Friday that they’re standing by PA tradition of the popular-vote winner in the presidential race getting the electors. Republicans hold a 113-90 majority in the state House, so 26 members going rogue with some red meat for their base is hardly a consequential revolt.

    And that one was supposed to be a real winner, too. Alas, another one bites the dust.

            A comment that shows zero understanding of the law.

            Every law is presumed to constitutional until a court rules otherwise.
            When a court does strike down a law that does not automatically make all actions done under the law invalid. That decision depends on the circumstances. But this judgement clearly states that the “good-faith” actions of voters in past elections are not rendered invalid simply because the appellants waited too damn long to submit their objections.

            We see that in Canada all of the time where courts strike down laws but allow the the “unconstitutional” laws to stay in effect until the government can pass a replacement.

            So the election was most emphatically NOT stolen. It was won fair ans square by Biden who received the majority of legally cast ballots at the time of the election. Later court rulings have no impact of the legality of ballots cast for the 2020 election.
