  1. It must have been a delight to provide food, lodging, healthcare to this piece of garbage for over five decades. Why didn’t they just kill him, he wasn’t trans-gendered or black, or muslim, so …. why couldn’t they off him for what he did.

  2. You need to be careful what you say about a drug crazed mass murdering hippie, regardless of his race, color, or gender preference. All Progressive batshit crazy whites still have rights “We came, we say, he died, hahahahahahahah..choke…ahahahahaahh”.

  3. As a charismatic, murderous leader of credulous morons, Manson was a dilettante compared to Koresh and Jones, but he had the foresight to include the breathless People-magazine demographic.

  4. Meh. The REAL news is that California’s Penal System has freed-up a lot more capacity to house the violent offenders that Jerry Brown has welcomed into our state. Huh!? Imagine THAT!? … they’re not ALL “Dreamers”

  5. “Why didn’t they just kill him”
There was a moratorium on the California death penalty in 1972. Not only did this pause cause Manson and his whole “family” to be resentenced to life in prison, Sirhan Sirhan, Bobby Kennedy’s assassin, was also resentenced.
During this moratorium in 1972, a total of 105 California death row inmates were resentenced and missed their executions.

  6. I am not defending Manson, don’ t get me wrong, the man was a crazy psycho, but I am annoyed that after all this time people still don’t seem to know that Manson did not commit those murders, that it was 3 women yes – 3 FEMALES – 3 WOMEN – who commited those horrible murders.
Manson told those women to do it and they did it.
THREE WOMEN COMMITTED THOSE MURDER, it was NOT Manson who did it.
And why has this thing been called the Charles Manson murders and the fact he did not even do it but 3 women did was hidden from us?
well the murder happened when Feminism was taking off like a gigantic airplane
it would NOT have fitted the narrative to inform people that THREE WOMEN murdered those people and Charles Manson did not.
For decades we have been told a million times a day that women are pure and men ( well that is white men ) are pure evil
there was no way the media and the left and the femi-nazi were going to let it be known that THREE WOMEN committed those murders.
Charles Manson was a crazy psycho, yes I am not saying he ws a nice guy, but those women were worse than Manson was…yet 99.9% of the population has never heard of those 3 FEMALE MURDERERS.
the name Manson should not even be famous as he did not commit those murders, but the names of those 3 women should be known by everyone.
but most humans are stupid or malicious so for the net 500 years people will talk about Charles Manson and those 3 women will dissapear in the memory hole
Humans are freakin stupid and malicious
    me angry?
    what do you mean 😉

  7. This man should have been treated to the ultimate revenge for what he did.
After the minimum requirements to satisfy the law had been performed on his body, it should have been put in a box and planted in the darkest corner of the most out of the way cemetery they could find with no visible markings on the grave – the shortest possible announcement of his death placed in a local weekly newspaper.
As many traces that he ever walked the Earth as possible should be erased.

  8. “it was NOT Manson who did it”
Counseling, coaching, guiding, hiring another person to commit murder as your proxy hand is the SAME as using your own hand to commit the murder.
“99.9% of the population has never heard of those 3 FEMALE MURDERERS”
These women are shown in the media along with their names over and over. One has died in prison but the others remain there as is the other man who was convicted for these evil crimes.

  9. this is going to be really realy politically incorrect, but Susan Atkins died in prison truly repentant of what she did.
In 1977, Atkins published her autobiography, ‘Child of Satan, Child of God’.
the hatred towards her prevented her release in the last days of her life, dying of brain cancer in prison. ha !!! take that !!! not. even. a. few. days. freedom. hate hate hate hate. cultivate, nurture the hate.
Patricia Krenwinkel likewise remains in prison despite being a model prisoner including programs to better conditions in prison AND fully admitting her role in the murders.
the hatred towards her also goes on and on, jerry brown refuses to release her for POLITICAL not legal reasons.
look up their stories on wiki.
call me an idjit, but I really think these 2 women deserve[d] some forgiveness. I know I would if I was a family member of the victims and ONLY because they freely ADMITTED their dastardly actions. 40 years? ferfcuksake, how many notorious mobsters get a slap on the wrist because they have the wealth and connections? the whole thing was based on hate from every corner. and the biggest source of hate was charlie.
glass houses, throwing stones, etc etc.

  10. “call me an idjit, but I really think these 2 women deserve[d] some forgiveness. I know I would if I was a family member of the victims”
How dare you insinuate yourself into a circumstance you will never experience. Appalling. Your first thought is correct.

  11. m’kay, let me rephrase that, ‘if’n one of my loved ones had been murdered 40 years ago’ and,
possibly because Ive had, oh, about 25 years to ponder what I would do if I was in such a situation.
also, what is “appalling” about encouraging some measure of forgiveness? you on the other hand prove my point about the hate continuing for decades. and, are YOU a family member of any of the victims? do YOU speak for them?
the biggest fight I have EVER engaged in is to DECIDE to forgive from the following selection:
beatings at the hands of teachers, siblings, parents, classmates, strangers, siblings, oh, did I already mention them?
add to the list: victim of sexual abuse, robbed, knowingly lied about by authorities, unjustly accused(and in some cases, entirely against common sense and simple logic), cheated financially, beat up some more.
etc etc. but according to you, I dare NOT try in some way to foster some friggin FORGIVENESS.
p.s., last nite there was a thingy on on CTV about a one-time CFL player who got the bejeezuz beat out of him by a couple corrupt Peel region cops, ending his career:
    http://www.ctvnews.ca/w5/assaulted-charged-and-acquitted-orlando-bowen-offers-forgiveness-inspiration-for-others-1.3681219
note the forgiveness angle. maybe you should give him a call and accuse him of inciting something, or maybe it was ‘his fault anyway’.

  12. It was Patricia Krenwinkel who stuck the fork into her victim after they had written the word pigs on the wall with the victims blood. Who can forget the images of these women at trial as they would prance into the courtroom laughing and singing.
My ‘road to Damascus’ event came about this way:
I was listening to late night talk radio and the host had a guest on much like historybuff; forgive forgive forgive. A lady phoned in and stated that the guest was wrong because she had lost the love of her life, her little boy to a murderer. She said, “first the murderer picked up my son, he strangled him and then he cut my little boys nuts off and shoved them down his throat and I’m supposed to forgive that” At that point the lady broke down saying over and over, “I’m sorry, I’m sorry”.
By then the hair on the back of my neck is standing up and I’m thinking, “what right would I have to lecture this broken woman about forgiveness? She has no interest in forgiveness. She wants justice and part of justice is retribution”
