  1. The prog delusion is strong over there Kate.
I do think commentators were joking though.
Funny I feel a strong need for a shower.

  2. Vox? Meh…
I don’t need links to sites I already visit telling me things I already know.
It’s great seeing sites like vox slowly discovering the power of Trump to always pull out – dare I say it – a trump card.
That they don’t get it is even better…

  3. Oh but he missed the larger thrust of her comments eh? Do those comments also apply to Obama’s and Clinton’s negativity and intolerance for politically incorrect views?

  4. If one stops to think for a moment, on immigration, Haley and Trump are saying the same thing, different ways.
Haley says “welcome immigrants who abide by our laws and honour our values”. OK, how is an illegal immigrant “abiding by law”?
And Trump’s temporary ban on Muslims “until we can figure out what’s going on” means to me, don’t let in any more Muslims on the EXPECTATION
that, like previous immigrants, they will abide by the law and honour our values. We’ve already seen in Canada, between the dreadful man who drowned his two daughters near Kingston because they were acting like normal Canadian teens, instead of breeding cows, the people who wanted to blow up trains, etc., that many – not all – Muslims don’t care a fig about our values. The US has had many more instances, all of them hushed up/misclassified*/ignored by the media. Trump’s rhetoric may be full of bombast, but his points are not as far from the mainstream as the talking heads think.
    * The Muslim at Ft. Hood who killed 14 people while shouting “All you to snackbar!”? That wasn’t classified as a terrorist attack; it was written down as “workplace violence”.

  5. Trump is delusional and angry yet Bernie Sanders is simply a curmudgeon at worst. Sanders is honest enough to advocate his beliefs and people can make their decision. Clinton does not possess that honesty and yet is the choice of progressives and their media.

  6. KevinB,
Did you see the GOPe State of the Union Response in Spanish? The Latino Spanish Speaking Congressman followed the same speech,UNTIL they came to immigration. Nikki talked about border security, in Spanish it was !Amnesty!
I guess the perfidy of Yasser Arafat (say Peace in English and Death to the Jooos! in Arabic) lives on in the GOPe.

  7. It is strange that Cruz can’t see that he was born an “Naturalized Canadian”. His mother, like Obama, was an American.. If Obama had been born in Kenya he would have been bounced. Time for Cruz to get real
because parching the law only works in the JV league
The US black robes can’t change the Constitution without a full scale revolution, they need to rule on anchor babies & Cruz like cases… enough is enough of this BS.. Next Castro will run as POTUS….

  8. U got it wrong.
Cruz did not at any point have to be “naturalized”, because he was born and American citizen.
Had he not been born and American citizen ( like myself), and became one later in life, he would go through the “naturalization ” process.
    Kapeesh?

  9. “It is an established maxim that birth is a criterion of allegiance. Birth however derives its force sometimes from place and sometimes from parentage, but in general place is the most certain criterion…”
    -James Madison, House of Representatives
Cruz was naturalized at birth by the statute passed in 1790. A statute doesn’t override the Constitution.
