It was a white van. Clearly deliberate.  The driver approaches slowly and suddenly accelerates and steers into a number of people.

  1. The Government will use incidents like this to smear the protesters and to show the protests are too dangeous. Expect the folks in Ottawa to use this also. Their excuse, These Protests are too dangerous.

That is not the noble calling of rhetoric which aims to convince, persuade, cajole, and even contradict.
