Why be part of the Solution

When you can continue being a low-testosterone part of the problem.

Erin O’Toole-

Here are three concrete steps the federal government could undertake right now to support our truckers and simultaneously address the concerns of Canadians who understand that vaccines are the best tool available to keep our society and economy open for business.

Number one: Introduce and make available educational programs for truckers to better address vaccine hesitancy and answer legitimate medical questions. Vaccine clinics should also be established along trucking routes to encourage more vaccination among the industry.

Number two: Provide an immediate exemption for truckers at risk of losing their jobs until a study can be conducted to weigh the positive benefits against the immediate negative consequences of the federal government’s mandate, to prevent the further exacerbation of the supply chain shortages we are already facing.

Number three: Introduce legislation to protect the jobs of federally regulated truckers by ensuring that those affected have the option to be reassigned to domestic routes.

Political instincts of a potato. And not a good potato either. More like one of those shriveled up ones the size of a mandarin orange you find at the bottom of the bin with the roots growing out of it.

  1. Hey, don’t be disparaging potatoes as politicians. After all, look at the Baked Potato.

  2. I don’t know who’s worse. The tool or the boy.
He loses the election. No one can stand him. Yet he refuses to leave.

    1. Actually, I think he’s worse. We know Trudeau is going to divide us and destroy the country. At least he’s honest about that. O’toole pretended to be conservative and continued to slide into the liberal camp as we got closer to the election. Anyone who does that isn’t just foolish, he’s also completely without integrity.

Me and my family have always been active and involved in the Conservative party but I can’t imagine what it will take to ever get us back there again, seems to be no voice for us there, anymore

      1. That’s right Lance I feel the same. This whole convoy protest could have been avoided if we had a Conservative Party that articulated our concerns about mandates, secret pharma deals, eroding citizen rights, and all the other concerns that a conservative party used to stand up for. Instead, we get patronizing speeches from O’Toole and many of his MP’s. Even Pierre Poilievre misses the mark.
Like you say Lance, the deceptive change in the Conservative Party message is without integrity. I value my democratic vote as sacred and would like to see it go someone that values it the same.

      1. Oh, ours will have more class. They’ll be dressed in sequins and feather boas.

    1. I was just saying that to my friend in the truck on the way to the overpass where we froze our asses off and had the best time!! Mostly families of many races all together, freezing, but happy. One guy didn’t have any mitts. A lady appeared with a pair that look brand new, leather, lined with something that looked sumptuously warm.

But yes, it’s starting to be hard for the liberals to disguise the O’Toole ploy.

  3. …”make available educational programs for truckers to better address vaccine hesitancy…”

Channeling the Guy : “It’s not a vaccine.”

Ah, hahaha! “Vaccine clinics along trucking routes…” /s

    1. Bet you he doesn’t dare show his sorry ass in public either.
Eggs can be pretty damn hard in our frozen land here.

      1. Naw. He’s probably doing an in and out thing, sneaking away overnight to a warm private beach somewhere to catch some rays. You know, to help with DA C-O-V-I-D, ‘he’ soo sick!

  4. Are Justin and Erin competing to see who can be the best Brave Sir Robin evah?

  5. “More like one of those shriveled up ones the size of a mandarin orange you find at the bottom of the bin with the roots growing out of it.”

No, not like one of those at all. The roots suggest life and that something good might come of it if you plant it and nurture it.

More like one of those potatoes that looks exactly like all the others but that’s rotten from the inside and bursts open with vile liquified potato pus when you try to do something useful with it.

  6. Erin O’Toole is the only politician to really understand that what Canadians need is to have the shit patronized out of them.

  7. It’s not the vaccine you idiot, it’s the leviathan of government. What a mealy mouthed pussy.

Government has no solutions, government is the problem.

  8. 1. Suffer the consequences of a trucker shortage … learn your lesson the HARD way … then restore EVERYONE’s Freedom.

    No more numbers needed.

  9. O’Toole exemplifies that political slime that doesn’t blush when compromising liberty with evil. He just gave Max another percent or two of the popular vote.

  10. the o Tool has just announced that he is the SMRTest person in government service, because he knows what’s best for Canadians, and that is more government action.

do you know what government action that costs zero, and could be implimented today? dropping the mandate

but that would reduce their power.

  11. The last remaining difference between the Libs and the CPC were fiscal policies, but now that the CPC evidently thinks building hundreds of vaccine clinics along highways and making a special propaganda campaign just for truckers is a good idea, that last difference between the two parties has just vanished in a puff of frozen breath.

  12. Educate them how, they told us the first vaccine would protect against covid, then they said no no you need two doses to protect you, now they’ve resorted to-get a third one and it will protect you from death and disease but we can’t name said diseases just yet. I’d stand a better chance of witnessing Christ second coming than understanding the daily lies from Trudy’s regime. Ofool is spineless, instead of stating outright he supports the ole “My body my choice” mantra he oozes progressive drivel.

  13. What a complete idiot. Seriously who the hell advises this guy? The cpc is over.

You could use Harper’s he’s just not ready ad against this dolt.

    1. linda, weren’t you honking, along with others, to vote cpc, to get rid of the Turd?
That the cpc was/is totally compromised has been obvious since Harper lost in 2015!

  14. Let’s play O’Fools game. Three steps the federal government could undertake within 24 hours. (Forget the “concrete steps” and “right now” bureaucrat-speak.

    1. Distribute data from Uttar Pradesh on the effectiveness of Ivermectin and vitamin prophylaxis protocols to all canaduh and provincial cabinet ministers, all public health and hospital officers, all judges at every level, all RCMP, provincial and municipal police forces, every municipality. At the same time issue a statement to all citizens that they are free to use this protocol (or not) dependent on their best judgement.

    2. Issue covid prophylaxis packages (similar in content to those distributed by Uttar Pradesh) to all citizens and visitors to Canaduh within two weeks.

    3. Shut down all innoculation centres immediately, (the uninformed and unscientific bureaucrats call these vaccination centres) they have proved to be costly and totally ineffective. All public health departments to immediately return to their area of expertise-pre and post natal care and ensuring restaurant cleanliness. (that should include water system monitoring but they have proved too many times to be incapable of the work)

    4. Have our Governor General announce that parliament is dissolved, all vaccine mandates are rescinded, and the canaduh charter of rights is in full effect.

  15. I just bought my first tranche of pfizer puts. I have a tangential business relationship to the big re=insurers and both Swiss Re and Munich Re are going to drop bombs in February. Death claims up 300% not, I repeat, not Covid. The debate right now is whether or not they deny the claims en masse for an experimental vaccine/gene therapy. When whichever company first reaches the point where toeing the government line may end them, all hell is going to break loose.

    1. I hope you’re right. The big insurers are certainly big enough to put a stop to this, and their financial interests aren’t in alignment with Big Pharma re: the vaccines. If anything, they’re at cross purposes, since as you say, more sudden deaths from the jabs means more policy payouts means less money in insurance firms, and they get very, very cranky about that kind of thing.

    2. I’ve been keeping this in mind:
      https://dailyexpose.uk/2022/01/20/french-life-insurance-company-allegedly-denied-payment-to-man-who-died-from-covid-19-vaccine/

… The French insurance company claimed that the deceased individual violated the insurance contract by partaking in a medical experiment with known risks. Whilst the family have sued the company, they have been largely unsuccessful. As the man took a life-threatening risk that can be legally recognised as suicide, the life insurance does not have to pay out and also refuses to pay for deaths caused directly by the vaccines.

The case was shared online by the family’s lawyer Carlo Alberto Brusa, who revealed that the court ruled in favour of the insurance company. This was because the court recognised the insurer’s classification of the man’s death and that the man knew the risks of the vaccine, including death…

    3. LOL. At least you’re putting your money where your mouth. Commendable in a remarkably stupid way. Hope you’re not too attached to your shirt.

  16. “In this present crisis, government is not the solution to our problem; government is the problem.” – President Ronald Reagan, January 20, 1981.

    Canada needs a Reagan.

  17. His speech sounds nice. The three-part proposal, however, exposes his flawed thinking. Some don’t want the vaccine, period. Not now, not ever. The real question is, why is it needed, and is it proper to limit people’s movement and job opportunities over it? Simple, hard no is required. That is all,

    H

    1. I think they would have got more people to get vaccinated has they not made it mandatory. Once the vaxx pass crap came out I decided I’d never take another dose. I was suckered and lied to by scumbags.

  18. While it has been made more difficult to sue the drug makers , the social media that has subverted information and medical associations have no such protections. And they have a lot of money.

  19. So, we sat and waited how long for this twit to come out of his hidey hole and those are the best 3 lines he could come up with? Grow a pair o’toole. Wow. Another out of touch politician. When are these idiots going to realize the people have been extremely patient but enough is enough. Shut this covid bullshit down already. We’re in for tough times ahead and this is not the time for wafflin’.

  20. His instincts are lousy but better than yours. On Planet Earth, a place you’re welcome to visit, The Convoy and its cause are highly unpopular with normal Canadians. The CPC shouldn’t have anything to do with it.

    1. Unme, you have been wrong about almost every aspect of Covid and the effectiveness of masks and vaccines for about 20 months now. And yet you have an air of smugness about you that is hard to comprehend.
Where I grew up, that smug look wouldn’t survive for any more than a few seconds before somebody wiped it off you face.

      1. Actually I’ve been mostly right and going three shots strong. You and people like you have been completely wrong.
