If Obama is to override the first piece of Congress’s legislation then it would be my dream that Congress overrides Obama’s first override.

If Obama vetoes a Keystone vote, he will kill off any of his attempts at a legacy through legislation from Congress because Keystone will simply be buried in another bill Obama wants to sign, so veto after veto means legislative paralysis. OTOH Obama could use this as another excuse to misuse his executive power with king-like behaviour, essentially taxation without representation, which was an important feature of the Revolutionary War.
