1. Clearwater River appears to be in Treaty 8. Lets look at some text:

3. On my move from Regina to Ottawa, I spent time in Winnipeg, Thunder Bay, Wawa and Sudbury before arriving in Ottawa. In every city (including the resort town of Wawa), I used service stations which were owned/operated by people from the Indian sub-continent. The “dots” have definitely taken over from the “feathers” even in northwestern Ontario.
   On another note, in the Victor Davis Hansen post, he speaks of Democratic Socialists with high priced useless degrees. I was instantly reminded of a comedienne from North Carolina (Jeannie ?) talking about sending her husband to the grocery store (he had a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate degrees). He screwed it up and she said that he had “overdegreed” himself and had no more common sense. That is what I think about civil servants and people employed at universities, they have “over degreed” themselves!
