1. About as inventive a song as a petulant 10 year old would write.

   1. I would never lend a pet to a 10 year old, no matter how well it wrote songs.

2. If you want to predict the future, look at today’s finances. Colbert’s show is reportedly highly unprofitable despite its respectable ratings, and that likley sealed its doom.

   How about Stewart’s The Daily Show at Comedy Central? It only averages 400,000 viewers per episode, about 14% that of Gutfeld! And The Daily Show is only four days a week and half an hour long, giving it in total 6% of the total viewership hours as Gutfeld! That’s not much revenue and a lot of expenses.

   So is The Daily Show profitable, or is it being propped up for the sake of its politics? If the latter, when will the music stop?

   1. Disinfo masquerading as entertainment, news, science, etc. will be propped up regardless how much money is lost. Of course, the taxpayer will end up paying for the difference one way or another.

      Take CNN for example. No one sane voluntarily watches it, and that’s with it being pushed in your face at airports and other places where people can’t just change the channel. Ditto with the CBC.

      I believe they only pull the plug when they can tell their propaganda isn’t reaching anywhere other than those already on the reservation. It’s likely the same 400,000 people per episode, with NO ONE talking about the show with friends, family, etc. So the effort per viewer is not worth the trouble, bouncing around in an echo chamber.

      1. Business people generally don’t like losing money, although they will make exceptions in some circumstances. Depends on the CEO and ultimately the owners.

         Paramount (who owns Comedy Central) are showing signs of being less tolerant of losses.

3. I see the lefty late night shows have adjusted to the level of their remaining audience. How many dozens of writers did it take to come up with this? Do they realize that they now agree with Trump’s view of the networks?

   1. Hundreds, not dozens. Propaganda is labor-intensive. And smells like shit.

5. Meh…I feel sorry for Li’l Liebowitz actually. I’m not sure what he has from a health perspective, and I hope I’m wrong, but I’ve seen that look before.
   I’d be careful if I were him criticizing the health of others (Trump) …which he has.

I don’t speak in a fake black southern dialect like SHE does … and Kamala did. I don’t tell tales about working at an inner city pool where little natty headed black girls watch the water run down the blond hairs of my legs. I don’t USE black culture as a fake prop for my “progressive” chops.

   Nope. Because I respect myself. And I respect black folks too much.

7. Colbert and Stewart acquired fame and wealth from their careers in a media run of over 20 years. And yet they act like insolent children when things don’t go their way. They have no class, no gratitude and no respect.

   1. And no management. That Paramount has been losing $40 million a year running The Late Show is beyond stupid.
