    Why didn’t the Trump administration appeal the “witholding of removal” order in 2019?

    Why did the DOJ only now publish an “gang interview sheet” (whatever that is) full of speculation?

    Why did the DOJ only now publish rulings from 2019 that were stayed then overturned on appeal, causing them to be completely irrelevant?

    Why did the DOJ admit in court filings it was a mistake to deport him? They can no longer argue that the deportation was legal.

    Why did SCOTUS rule 9-0 against the Trump administration?

    Why are they now engaging in character assassination of Garcia and the justice system?

    Answer: Trump is using this case to challenge the authority SCOTUS and the justice system. They may have even purposely botched their case in court.

        Does that sound like the DOJ won? Also you should read the order from the District Court that follows this directive. The DOJ also appealed that and lost.

          All the back and forth on the matter is essentially irrelevant.

          4. The two sentences are actually unrelated. The term effectuate is used in the order to describe what the government did, not what they should do.

            I’m not “defending a ms13 gang banger”. I’m defending the rule of law against those who wish to ignore it. The case is so much larger than just Garcia.
