   He has made a promise to do so at some vague future date.

10. Nutrition International is an interesting one, used to be a government department, and then got cleaved off into it’s own organization as a “not-for-profit” but it doesn’t appear in the CRAs charity listing under either of it’s names. Trudeau just fully funded it for the next several years.
