   Out of admitted ignorance I have to ask is Tourette’s saying what you really think or saying what you know you’re not supposed to?

   1. The utterances are involuntary and can cause a lot of grief for Tourette Syndrome sufferers because most people think it’s deliberate and react according to that belief, sometimes harshly.
