I am not sure why ICE doesn’t better plan their operations and do intelligence with plain clothes undercover teams. Then swoop in and make arrests in less than a minute. The shooting of the bad guy in the leg by the ICE agent was a big mistake. Police procedures say shoot them in centre mass. Now everyone will assume that police can actually shoot good enough to hit someone in the leg which is simply not true. Now there will be dead cops. That ICE agent should be fired. To stop harassment in Minneapolis put 10,000 cars on the street with big ICE signs and drive around day and night.
