  1. 1. Did she shoot? She had her gun drawn.
    2. As soon as the motorists saw she was struggling … thrown down … they drove on by.

You can’t have WEAK Law Enforcement when we no longer have a high-trust society. The criminals are literally doing whatever they want. The only answer is to conceal carry. Always. And defend yourself.

  2. lol, that’s too funny.
Women have no idea what violence really is until men DGAF.
Might explain why we have guns

  3. A man in Seattle … (first problem).

The woman could be heard “Don’t move or I’ll shit”.

  4. How many rubberneckers saw that interaction and then immediately went home and said “Honey, it’s time to put the house up for sale!”

  5. Women can be very useful on police forces, just not as a substitute for male patrol officers. Women officers are important to have available in domestic abuse scenarios, when young kids are involved, etc. There are many situations where the presence of a woman can calm a tense situation. It is irresponsible and dangerous to put women into frontline positions where they may have to tangle with unpredictable far stronger male suspects.

  6. This is how it works. EVERY SINGLE article addressing this incident does not name the woman Washington State Trooper Lt. involved. It’s noticeable because they do quote (and name) Troopers at the scene and involved. BUT, they do not name her….purposefully. Also, you will note that she is a Patrol Lt. which means a supervisory position.

I wanted to identify her so I could pull up her promotional history. No such luck. This is exactly how you end up with this unending parade of overweight, inexperienced, inept law enforcement department heads. A couple years down the road when they announce her promotion to a decision making and structural position of importance, you won’t be able to bring up this embarrassing incident because none of the stories reference her at all, despite the fact that she is the centerpiece to the event. This is not an accident.

  7. From Grok:

The Patrol Lieutenant whose vehicle was stolen is a female officer from the Washington State Patrol (WSP), not the Seattle Police Department. The incident occurred on Christmas Day (December 25, 2025) on I-5 near Northgate in Seattle.

A suspect pushed her to the ground while she was responding to a report of a pedestrian running across the freeway, then stole her patrol vehicle. The suspect was later taken into custody after a pursuit ended in Lynnwood.

Her name has not been publicly released in news reports or official statements from the Washington State Patrol. Sources consistently refer to her only as a “WSP lieutenant” or “female lieutenant,” noting she was not injured and will not face discipline.

      1. .Clint Eastwood walks onto the set of “Deliverance”, walks up to the duelling banjoes boy, and says, “Do you feel plucky, lunk?”

  8. She’ll probably end up receiving the “Admirable Restraint” medal, newly minted and created specifically for her.
