The Somali community in Minnesota is a fraud factory, industrializing grift and graft. This is why all these government programs must end.
The market forces people and companies to be efficient and accountable. Government programs are easily abused and become criminal gold mines.
I read somewhere that the average IQ of Somali citizens is somewhere around 70, but you’d never know it by the way they are able to game the system in Minn., but not only there but in Canada as well. their willing accomplices are the lazy civil servants that populate all levels of government and the politicians whose only goal to to stay elected. of course it’s not just the Somalis but every “immigrant” whose background/culture is the polar opposite of the bedrock Christian ethos of western civilization. I’d say that a forensic audit ought to be conducted, but law enforcement agencies in the Americas are too corrupt to do so. it appears that a military coup and/or civil war is the only way this insanity will ever be resolved.
Considering the low average IQ of Somalis I have to wonder if they are being recruited and coached by somebody or even a criminal organization to carry out these scams.
My guess is it is those mastermind criminals who are showing up with Mercedes and BMWs to check that everything is in order regarding the scam.
The unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats are likely receiving kickbacks to keep them turning a blind eye.
The Deep State of MN government bureaucrats simply HAVE to be active participants in these scams. If by nothing more than just looking the other way.
I have to say though … what a fabulous scam! Obtain FREE government $$$ to buy a “residential health care home”, probably put some favorable mortgage against the home, then rent it out to all your Somali friends who are getting FREE housing allowance $$$ … and make BANK every single month in perpetuity. It’s Section 8 housing on steroids.

I did a little thinking the other day about what Ayaan Hirsi Ali once said about Somalia, namely that over 90% of females in that country undergo some form of female genital mutilation…herself included. That’s a pretty big number.

Don’t be distracted by the Somali situation in Minnesota. We have a similar widespread issue on Canada, it’s just the people from another country. Think insurance fraud, Khalistani terrorists, fast food, Amazon delivery driver and commercial heavy truck driving school/ licensing, TFW programs. This doesn’t include construction workers who are here illegally. Our leaders do not care about the electorate. Only about reelection, campaign funds, kickbacks, pensions and appointments to boards upon ‘retirement.
