1. L – Carpetbagger Carney ? Or is that too on the nose?

2. He would never be there or take messages because he doesn’t give a damn about his constituents.

3. I expect that as PM (even a pretend one) will be a no show at the constituency office, but not even one staff member on site is a reflection of how important his constituents are to him.
   The only charitable statement I can make is that he obviously thinks it’s something someone else is responsible for like he’s still just a bureaucrat.

4. Who owns the building?
