Hey, some of my best friends served in the dip corps. That’s how I know about the refrigerated swimming pool at the High Commission in New Delhi. (You any idea how hot it gets in New Delhi? It’s money well spent.) The dips are not a punishment brigade. They are expected to enjoy civilian comfort and are not expected to be combat ready on no notice.
