    Ah, yes. The racial breakdown of Jamaica is +76% black. Therefore, the only altruistic thing to do is to assure this gentleman is insulated from racial prejudice by sending him back to Jamaica where he would be free to initiate racial prejudice towards the 3.2% white population there.

  2. As soon as you end up with a multi-level ‘justice’ system with different ‘penalties’ for certain groups of peoples, then you have no justice system.

    Next step is defund the police.

    Eventually, citizen justice equalizes the penalties.

(a cynic might claim that effect serves to increase crime and justify hiring still more cops)

  5. Justice Robert Horton reasoning that he can be rehabilitated if false, as the criminal was out on bail when he was caught with different drugs than what he was originally convicted for, and awaiting sentencing.

    Also, when did we start applying the racist Gladau decision to Jamaicans?
