      1. $65 million buys a LOT of political compliance now, doesn’t it? I wonder if these purchases also just bought citizenship via Trump’s Golden Ticket program? No, I’m not a fan of EVERYTHING Trump does.

    1. And yet none of the candidates will take any sort of hit from benefiting from his wire fraud.

  1. ‘Liberal success story’ – You can’t tell most Canadians that governments don’t create jobs, let alone a green job.

I bet Carney would rather be living in Europe than Canada. Or the US. At least from November to March.

    1. The fund wasn’t a failure, it did what it was designed to do, which is enrich connected Liberal party members

  2. Another reason Muhammad is such a popular name is that cousin-fckers are idiots and illiterate – hence the multiple spellings.

  3. the ‘l love bacon’ link. there it is again, that lslam is a RACE.
it damn well ISNT. but the notion is cemented, imbedded and locked into the leftoidal collective brain and conscience that, like all propaganda, PROVES the process, repeat repeat repeat repeat until it *becomes* true, works!!

  4. This is to “Ontario John”, and is an excerpt from a message I sent to our hostess recently:

I’m sure that you are a fan of Scott Adams, of *Dilbert* fame. And I believe that he would strongly disagree withthe epithet “Lord Carney”. If you would re-read the first chapter of Part 4 of Adam’s *Win Bigly* – “How to design a linguistic kill-shot”, I’m sure you will come to the same conclusion.
    >
Just to summarize the objections: 1) calling him ‘Lord’ gets people to ‘think past the sale’ and actually think of Carney as some exalted person, 2) it’s not new or memorable, 3) it doesn’t fit Carney’s physical persona, and 4) most importantly, it does not set him up for negative confirmation bias.
    >
However, ‘Conman Carney’ has none of these problems. 1) is obviously off the table, 2) it’s memorable from alliteration and assonance, 3) it fits his persona perfectly – he looks inauthentic at all times, doesn’t he? – and 4) most importantly, every new broken promise or reneged commitment or excuse will *reinforce* the idea that he is a conman.

So, please, I implore you to retire the “Lord Carney” title, and replace it with this more appropriate – especially after his craven comedown on ‘retaliatory tariffs’ – epithet.

    1. Yah, but on the other hand he probably really resents not being allowed in the House of Lords. I mean, they let Paki shopkeepers into the Lords but they won’t let him. It must rankle. I say, kick him where it hurts!

    1. In my job at a trade association for home appliances, I used to receive calls from WOKE loonies who followed instructions such as ” Use big applances before…after…; Turn off your lights & electronics when not in use; Unplug “. The enviro-nuts do take the advice literally, like religious dogma. More then one caller had unplugged the refrigerator after dinner and plugged it in 12+ hours later. Huffy enviro-nuts called to complain that there was food spoilage and it was the manufacturer’s fault that the milk went bad. I handled these calls back in the 90s and you couldn’t reason with enviro-nuts then any more then now.

  5. Yiiikes! The cosmic country completely lost me when the white-gowned interpretive dancers came out on stage. Uggggh … what happened to hot hippie chicks in tight outfits gyrating their hips? Weirdos flailing their arms in their dirty nightshirts? No. Thank. You.

    1. I missed the bit with the interpretive dancers. The guitar work, though, was impressive. A lot more appealing than run-of-the-mill over-produced Nashville whining.

  6. “Carney said on Friday that Natural Resources Minister Tim Hodgson, Defence Minister David McGuinty and Industry Minister Mélanie Joly will join him on the tour.”

Someone should warn Poland that the Carney is bringing his circus to town, and he’s a Neville when it comes to negotiating agreements.

They are also probably going to stop in Ukraine to give more promises that will never be kept.
