University of British Columbia- Canadian crops beat global emissions—even after 17 trips across the Atlantic
Canadian-grown wheat, canola and peas have some of the lowest carbon footprints in the world—so low that, in some cases, they could be shipped to Europe 17 times before matching the emissions of the same crops grown there.
I can juggle a bowling ball, a pea and a feather. There! You are just as informed on unimportant nonsense as you were when you absorbed the University of British Columbia’s statement.
I love when they throw in the notion and importance of sustainability, glossing over that fact that agriculture has been sustainable for thousands of years.
Whenever you read “could” in a sentence, think loser.
