1. We’ll brook no criticism of the Leaning Tower of Diversity.
   Notice how substantially, and sustainably mounted is the satellite dish.

2. I was talking to a local building inspector 2 weeks ago. Housing starts in this county are down 75 percent compared to the same period last year. Doesn’t sound like there’s much need for more inspectors here.

3. Ha! Too funny. Off the grid. (Big screen on the back wall?), 2 AC units, … the hammock is a nice touch. So… where’s this actually located?
   Anyhew… those permit administration and inspection jobs are a great way to sunset a construction career. Government benefits, structured retirement supplements, health benefits. They pay decently. Hard to get in the door. In Fairfax Co. VA a lot of folks from India are selected to fill vacancies.

   1. For diversity purposes, they will reserve these jobs for people who haven’t spend a whole career doing backbreaking labor building houses and condo buildings, instead giving it to newcomers who happened to be from corrupt countries.

   2. All the modern conveniences! Satellite TV, Basketball Hoop and dual AC – The toilet fixture might be at the very top and also doubles as home security. They built up and out and that fine home would sell for $800k easy in most major metro areas of Canada.

      Also that big screen TV might be a loadbearing TV

4. That could be anywhere from Mexico to Brazil. Too much evidence of “initiative” to be something you would find on one of our Indian Reserves aside from the obvious signs of a warm climate architecture.

5. 2-tier policing was just the beginning of 2-tier cultural degeneration. Now we have 2-tier education. All taxpayer funded by the victims of those tiers.

6. It’s been a huge problem for years in BC home construction.
   The JEETS can’t seem to understand squareness.
   Had a bathroom Reno, the contractor was describing his experiences with brown built homes.
   Wall corners that were out of plumb by 4 inches.
   4 inches.
   And that was just the start. He said to never buy a newer home in Richmond, Surrey, or Abbotsford, though that truth should apply across the whole Lower Rainland.
   And now with government importing JEETS by the millions, it’s going to get worse. Even here in Victoria, after years of being immune, they now stalk the lots. Groups of 6 to 8 young turbans. Blathering in their yip yip.
   See, there’s been a rash of new rental buildings coming on stream lately and more to come. So while a 1 bdrm @ $2,000/mo is expensive, 6 JEETS in it brings it to 333 each. And yes, they stack them in. New to Canada, oh lucky day. You too can be a delivery driver, janitor or stock boy!

   1. Here in the SF Bay Area and esp. in Silicon Valley … ChiCom foreign nationals BUY their way to citizenship by “investing” a couple million dollars buying cheap single family homes within 1/4 mile of HWY 101 … very undesirable neighborhoods … even in Silicon Valley.

      And what do they do with these single family 1,500 sq.ft. one story detached homes? They punch exterior doors into every bedroom, split living rooms into two bedrooms, split garages into two bedrooms, and put at least 8 unrelated renters into these formerly single family homes. Yes, cars are parked on the front lawns and the sketchy neighborhoods become even sketchier.

      And the local building officials DO NOTHING about these unlicensed, un permitted, projects. Screw the fire codes, electric code, and plumbing code. Yeah … they’re raking in at least $2,000/mo. per bedroom … easily $16,000/mo. And IF a building or zoning official questions their projects … they’re always absent … back in Chyyynahhh… or they show up to a meeting and keep repeating “me no understand Engrish”

      If a white native builder developer did this? They’d be made to tear their project down.

7. Canada requires an update to the law. Even putting something like this is a job advertisement is illegal in the US.

   The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) as well as the Civil Rights Act would have any employer operating like this before the Court in no time in the US. In Canada, you have the language in your legislation, but then you let someone come along and write a “qualifying clause” that allows out and out racism disguised as favoritism and representing virtue signaling guilt.

   If Canada ever does mistakenly locate an actual conservative candidate for PM, this would be one of the pillar campaign issues that should be exploited. It effects just about everything and everyone directly and indirectly.
