the “screen” is laughable anyway, since any subordinate who is looking to curry favor with Carney is of course going to allow for beneficial actions for any of these companies.

The solution is to force him and his wife, to sell all of these stocks and warrants, and invest in Canadian Savings Bonds for as long as he is Prime Minister or disallow any of these companies to bid on or receive any beneficial treatment from the government.
