  1. Five takes?! Ballsy just to do one, but FIVE?! They don’t make them like they used to. Pretty cool.

  2. I used to NOT like the campy Bond films with Sir Roger Moore … but like all things 1970’s (except Jimmy Carter) … I’m starting to appreciate Moore’s Bond all over again. Live and Let Die with the brilliant Sir Paul McCartney soundtrack is frankly a groundbreaking film with more ethnic subplots than any other Bind film.

    1. I’m with you, Kenji. Sir Roger Moore is not my favourite Bond but he’s in some of my favourite Bond films: Live and Let Die, The Man with the Golden Gun, and For Your Eyes Only. Yes, they are campy and he’s smarmy, but they are good fun. Good theme songs, too. Besides, who doesn’t love Clifton James as Sheriff J.W. Pepper?

      1. D’ya think southerners really had that large a knob of chew in their cheek … or was that just “movie magic”? Flying squad cars … flying boats … what’s not to like? Frustrated Southern sheriff … and then how did that go … Bond runs into the same Southern sheriff in Japan as a tourist? Classic.

  3. How did they manage to get the crocodiles all neatly lined up?

Herding cats is hard, but crocodiles?
