Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Bah. King Carnage doesn’t need Parliament to rule this country into the ground. All he needs is his unshakable will and a handy pen to sign OiCs.
If they were only paid for 73 days, would they laze around? I doubt it very much. Maybe we need to put that idea into law…
OK – I am moving to Alberta and getting elected to Parliament in Ottawa.
$203,100 a year plus $10,800 allowance – all for a few days of “work” a year. You betcha, eh.
12 weeks?!?!
73 days!!!
That’s ridiculous!!!
Waaaayyy too many.
I am usually MOST happy when the US Congress is NOT in session. However … now that the (R)’s have control of both Houses … I’m a bit more lax in my opinion. Perhaps when Canada has a majority of conservatives in your Parlia … uhhhh … Nevermind,
Then their salaries and pensions should be cut by 80%, down to 20%.
We’d all be better off without any federal government.
So, clearly we don’t NEED a government.
Liberal MPs need time to run their other businesses, namely; consulting, supplying software to the government, and investing all the money they skim off from government spending.
Work less, steal more. Too bad this is about the only area of gov’t that is efficient.
The only bill the passed was the one codifying Supply Management must be protected in all trade deals.
https://www.parl.ca/legisinfo/en/bills?page=1
the rest of them are just languishing, and there is no budget passed, so does the government run out of money in 10 days when the special warrant runs out?
Natural reaction by Liberals to “We are in a crisis”???
Run away.!
The government propaganda wing spews endless contradictory nonsense and the “Elbows Up” Chicken Dances just lap the idiocy up.
We are Canadian Eh.
Orwell was right and human nature has not changed.
The tell of a fake crisis is that those who created it pretend to fix it.
Being Progressive Comrades ,the “solution” is as real as the problem.
Meanwhile life and death issues are ignored.
Never mind that Canada is bankrupt, impoverished and defenceless..Do the Chicken Dance…
Orange Man Bad!
Alt Right Meanies is why we are down and out..
Elbows Up!..
Are we sure this “Elbows Up” cliche is not sarcasm?
It is so “Kids in the Hall”.
