That depends on how aggressive the NHS is in marketing Death by Doctor to patients, and I’m sure they will be as efficient as Health Canada, who has gotten those numbers up to 15,343 in 2023 (and a total of 60,301 since the Trudeau Government started promoting it in 2016).

Once again, the World Health Organization needs to revise what is considered a cause of death, as “MAID” is the intentional death with the assistance of medical personnel, and the direct cause of death (the underlying cause is illness).

Because the government uses the WHO standards for death codes, same as every other country. They won’t do it on their own.
Let’s make this even more interesting. In 2020, the UK changed their organ donation process without input of the people as a referendum. They took the process 180 degrees and made the entire system “Opt Out”. Up until 2020 it was “Opt In.”
What that means is that now the government (through the medical community…ah but I repeat myself) can harvest organs from ‘assisted dying’ parties at will, if that person didn’t take the time to opt out of the organ donation program. They are depending upon apathy of the UK citizen, and they won’t be disappointed.
If there were any investigative journalists left in the UK, they would be doing an in-depth investigation into the following:
1. Who benefits financially from organ donation of an assisted dying party?
2. What protocols are in place to assure that assisted dying patients aren’t being used for financial gain of various parties involved in the organ donation process.
3. What notifications are made to the assisted dying party or family in the event of non-communication that would allow the individual patient the opportunity to Opt Out of organ donation.
There are many more relevant questions to this process.
On a purely carnivore diet you’d need about 4 or 5 dead per consumer annually and that’s assuming top-to-toe consumption.
Budget conscious health bureaucracy sees another 90 million pounds available to be put into their pockets, bonus cheques for the wealthy and well connected…
