  1. I used to walk to work in Winnipeg. Now I do not. I don’t feel safe walking the streets of Winnipeg now. However it’s not immigrants who make me feel unsafe.

  2. Back in 1977 (age 25) when I was a “babe”, I also had bad experiences in Barcelona. Within a period of 24 hours, 2 Spanish men (white) at different times, tried to rape me. I found out from another woman at the hotel (whom I met at breakfast and spent a lovely day being tourists), that because I was 5′-8″, blue eyed and by then, had my summer blonde look happening, that the Spanish men thought I was a “sex tourist” from one of the Scandinavian countries. Apparently at that time, women from Scandinavia would come to Spain for anonymous sex holidays with the native Spaniards. I was a naive young woman from Edmonton, Alberta, and was totally shocked by this revelation. This has been going on for a very long time. By the way, I left Spain the next day for the south of France – the men were shorter and I could intimidate them when they tried something on.

    1. Agreed. It’s not the color of the assailant, but the character of the assailant. What bothers me most about that video is seeing all those “immigrants” standing around idle. Doing nothing but harassing passersby. That’s creepy, and that’s a clear and obvious FAILURE of our culture.

Regarding the Spanish … my youngest son’s FIRST sexual encounter was with a Spanish girl who was a foreign student at UCLA. And from what I gather … recreational sex is quite a thing in Spain. I wasn’t disappointed that she chose my tall, blue eyed, blonde haired good looking athletic son. She chose wisely … and was a very good teacher so far as I can discern

  3. meh.
back in the day (it was a day in the late 60s) ’twas dismissed coyly as ‘culture shock’.
