Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

L- Phoenix Pay System… Isn’t that the bird that self immolates into flames and the re-emerges from the ashes?
It was such a disaster, stories went public of federal employees refusing promotions, because
they could not afford to risk not getting paid for 6 to 12 months. 9 years later and still not fully caught up. You’d think some of them would stop voting for political corruption? If all 400,000
did that…
I suspect the problem with the pay system is stupid complexity that can break down anyone’s pay into 10,000 different cost centres in hundreds of different combinations. They can create so many different meaningless reports that they have to hire another 10,000 managers to read them. Coding input must be a nightmare.
He sounds like the Liberal Trifecta.
Provide a system tha doesn’t work
Costs billions to maintain
