We gathered every document we could find with Biden’s signature over the course of his presidency.
All used the same autopen signature except for the the announcement that the former President was dropping out of the race last year. Here is the autopen signature.

The Auto Pen was only supposed to be used when the President was absent from the White House and required a memo signed by the President to be legitimate. All those pardons might not be valid. It was only used once before this by Obama when he didn’t want to come back from Hawaii but needed an EO released from the White House. Unless there is supporting documentation that shows Old Joe authorised the use of the Auto Pen then Hunter probably used it to pardon himself…. or may Dr. Jill.

Autopen or not, would it make a difference? The guy was deemed to be too mentally addled to stand trial, but he continued as President. Nothing is going to happen.
