    1. “Feds recently cut off funding for digging up the area.”

But did NOT make any attempt to get back any of the millions of dollars given to the natives for that purpose.

” Is there a whiff of sanity in the air?”

      Seems to be. We’ll see.

    1. There you go … using some old dead white man’s Latin to explain away the noble storytelling of Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc Nations elders! Racist!!!

Yes. It truly is just that simple … for simpletons who persist in believing in myths.

  1. Just another corrupt and captured licensed monopoly “professionals” governing body. During the war in the woods era, they (perhaps they still do) directed the interest from clients money held in trust (unless the client knew enough and directed otherwise) to ENGOs engaged in blockades. Guild socialism is pernicious.

  2. Why is there a picture of a teddy bear at the dirt? Isn’t that a white Christian toy? Teddy bears are not traditional native artifacts?
This is why I have NO use for Liberals, NDP anyone on the Left. I wish they would pick a lane and stick in it!

  3. There are some things just best stayed away from. Honey do these pants make me look fat? Are there really children buried in mass graves there? How strong is the Russian army? Is that a man, or just a really ugly woman? Stick-handle around the pylons and stay safe.

  4. The bigger crime in all the is the bait and switch from
“Cultural genicide” which even the UN says is equivalent to assimilation which was inevitable.
    To “Genocide”
Which never happened and drops Canada into the same bucket as Nazi’s, Cambodia or Turkey’s alleged Armenian slaughter. Plus others….
    Unacceptable.
The flag at half mast for 6 months??
    Bullshit!
This is all on Trudeau and this is by far his worst virtue signal. Smearing all Canadians.
Now the attemp to muzzle those who disagree.
    More bullshit.
    It needs to stop.
    It starts by cutting funding.
    BIG TIME.
    Knowledge keepers my ass.
Let’s see how much they remember during an audit.
It needs to happen last week. Whatever money they cannot find get’s cut.

  5. Thankfully this is in Canada. ’cause if this was in my backyard, I would grab a shovel and a pickaxe, spend a good portion of an overnight digging. In the morning, when they find the open holes, the controversy would be over, one way or the other. Done. Move on.
