3. Considering the authority of the AG if someone tries to get them involved in conspiracy, she would have been well within her authority to issue warrants on any and all the individuals regardless of cabinet confidentiality limits.
   That would include the PM.
   Of course if her concern was by doing so the liberals would have likely lost the 2019 election and she would be out of a job.
   Bottom line is that the office of AG needs to be separate from parliament.
   Hired by the minister of justice but is not under control or direction of any cabinet minister.
