    1. A number of commentators (e.g. Conrad Black) have notice the sad decline in Mr. Coyne. Part of it may be that he rubs shoulders with CBC and Globe and Mail opinion makers. But part of it may be that, to get a good-paying job in the corporate media, he has to turn left. There is little or no money in our right-leaning media.

      1. In the right leaning media a journalist needs two things
        One an opinion of their own
        Two the ability to debate with reasonable thought out arguments

  1. It’s probably a good thing that the CBC has no substantial journalistic base in the U.S.. as I’d guess that there would have been some form of retribution coming from the new administration.

    1. It’d be awkward if someone looked at Catherine Tait’s visa request and cancelled it because of issues with it.

  3. Is Paul Hunter Tommy Hunter’s kid? He looks like Tommy Hunter. It would certainly account for him being on the CBC.
