3. It was a TD Bank that was hit by these thieves.
   An interesting note about the TD Banks in Toronto.
   The TD Banks in Toronto have shut down access to their ATM Bank machines after normal daytime banking hours(9am-6pm).
   You cannot use a TD ATM bank machine in Toronto anytime after the TD Bank has shut its doors for the day.
   It used to be 24 hours/ 7 days a week access to the bank machines, but no longer.
   I went into one TD Bank and asked why they made this change to the use of ATM Bank machines.
   They told me it was because of hygiene, and safety concerns. They would tell me nothing else.
   I have found out that the reason for that is because street people have been sleeping in the ATM machine areas, and the criminals has been robbing people that are taking money out of the machines late at night, and Street beggars have been harassing people for money when they come out of the ATM area. This is happening only in the Toronto area.
   North of Toronto in York Region you can still use the TD ATM Bank machines 24 hours a day because they don’t tolerate that kind of crap in York Region.

   1. Not just Toronto. I had to use a TD ATM in Burlington not long ago and there was a homeless man sleeping in the ATM foyer. The stench of stale urine was overpowering.

4. It wasn’t one of those scary looking assault backhoes, all painted black and stuff, so no ban on that one, but you will need a RPEL for one now after a waiting period. And the ones seized from operators with a criminal record (you know, the DUI they got after high school) can be sent to Ukraine to fight Russian tanks, of course.

         As to the Bathurst and Lawrence neighbourhood, there is an Eruv around it. That is an elevated wire surrounding Jewish areas that has something to do with keeping the Sabbath rules.

11. A backhoe, the pistol of the excavator world. Probably one of them semiautomatics. It was the black cab that turned it bad not the operator who was probably from a disadvantaged background. Cases with black cabs are now on the restricted list.
