Use the tax system to attack illegal immigration. If the worker does not have proper permission to work, the employer must remit 50% of the wages as a tax, not a withholding. The illegal immigrant is still responsible for tax on what he actually gets. If the illegal can show that he has a permit to work he can apply for the tax back. Courts are hesitant to attack the tax system because that’s where money for the graft comes from. Might take some juggling, verbal or otherwise, to avoid the apportionment clause in the US Constitution. Call it Level 2 income tax.
Use the law, anyone employing illegals are in violation of 8 USC 1324 and can be put in prison for up to 10 years. Start using it an you will see illegals being hustled out of the country real fast.
