With respect to “Indian Land Grab”, I have posted before and I will post this again, the real Indians (from India) are a larger percentage of the Canadian population now and for the most part are highly educated OR entrepreneurial. Combined with the Chinese Canadian population growth, they both could give a “rat’s ass” about the First Nations. There are some good FN reserves, but they are few and far between. Most of them NEED regular money from the federal government, so not really “nations”. I will probably be dead by then, but I think in 10-15 years, Indo and Chinese Canadians will be much more representative in all levels of government and will be balancing the budget by cutting out transfers to First Nations.
