    1 Tim 3: 4-5. states a principle that should have universal application regardless of an individuals belief. Clearly all parties involved in the Indian industry have failed to uphold this principle. Tell you what.. when all the chiefs and councils of all first nations in Canada can demonstrate conclusively that they can manage their own “household”, so to speak, and the federal government can demonstrate fiscal accountability in money dispersement to first nations, then we as citizens can have that conversation.
