A friend of mine, who goes by the pseudonym “Barbouille” on X, has just been fined the hefty amount of CHF 4’800, approx $ 5’700 — for a tweet.
His crime? Calling out the indoctrination of children being taught what LGBTQI… stands for in a classroom, under a video posted by another account on March 24, 2023.

Say what you will about the abuses of the US government relative to free speech….however, quite a few countries are starting to realize the folly of their future when not having a distinctive Right to Free Speech solidified in the founding documents of their country’s laws.
Countries like the UK who depend on Common Law are learning that the honor system and common sense aren’t going to protect them. And, while free speech is being abused in the US, there is still recourse and a layer of protection from this type of tyranny. There is no tipping point in Switzerland as a result of their law structure. There IS a potential tipping point in the US should this approach be tried….and it likely will be.
These are the things which doom governments and bring about violence, decay and mayhem.
Hateful comments about white Christian men are the gold standard of feminist literature.
Authoritarian rulings like this should be used to attack individual feminist professors immediately.
Hate is a standard practice of liberals, is there a “conservative” organization willing to go to court and use these legal rulings against the leftist authoritarians?
Please stop assuming that normal people and activists have equal access to the legal system.
For these charges to be brought in the first place, the legal system in Switzerland must have already been thoroughly corrupted by the Bezmenovites. Any such suit filed by a conservative would just be rejected. We saw this with the CHRT.

There are officially hundreds, probably thousands of people in Great Britian that are rotting in jail for saying things like: “It’s OK to be white” and “Coming to a town near you”.
