I am amused at some of the humour and wit that is posted on SDA. However, the reality is, this is the new reality. People, there has to be something better than where we are headed for. Let me give you an option to consider. John 20:31 “these things are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God and that by believing you may have life in His name.” This world is lost. But there is a kingdom awaiting those who love the Lord. I’m at that age where eternity is nearer than ever. And I have a hope that is sure in Christ. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.” From this corruptible world that politicians can not and will not fix.

‘how much value there is in a Master’s degree in’ xxxxxxx? enough to get a job in the public sector because it has no value in the private sector. Had a rule of thumb when dealing with the feds: the higher the degree or the more degrees the more useless the twit.
Was told that because you couldn’t fire a useless employee, they were sent on training or to a degree mill in the hope that when they finished they were sent somewhere else. My shock in dealing with these clowns was a source of amusement to those competent government employees who could work the system to get it done. To those I remain thankful.
I have taken MDMA aka ‘Ecstacy’ a handful of times. It provides moments of clarity and peace that cannot be adequately described in words. I understand the knee-jerk reactionaries here will completely dismiss this experience, as they reject anything outside their narrow ken.
MDMA is NOT a drug that causes dependency (you can’t really experience the full effects if you try to do it more than 3-4 times a year). There are no cases of MDMA addiction. The only danger, as is true with booze as well, is taking too much, like high school kids taking 7 pills instead of one. Every year kids die from drunk driving and drunken mishaps, but I don’t see anyone here vilifying alcohol the way they do psychs.
