5. Come on, guys. Have a heart. Illegals get Medicaid in some states, free public education in all states, free lunch programs, guaranteed medical treatment at hospital ER’s. So, with all these entitlements, they are whom the Senators represent. It’s a valid reflection of their constituency.

7. The bigger issue is electoral votes. Currently, California has 54. With the new census and the mass exodus from that state, they will be lowered to 50. However, electoral votes are based, also, on the census of warm bodies, and not just citizens. I consider this a bigger violation in that the electoral votes are attributed to a single political position (President). Only registered voters (in theory) can vote for that position, and yet, by winning a state such as California, the candidate receives a higher tally due to the massive amount of illegal immigrants and non-voting legal immigrants in the state even though they are legally excluded from voting.

   The premise is diametrically opposed.
