1. Why would the FDNY leadership want anyone like her anywhere near one of their events? Did the leadership fail at leading, or did she invite herself?

      Because they’re “leadership”. They got where they are by saying all the required bullshit at interview boards. So, like a majority of politicians, they don’t have a clue or care about the working guys and girls.

      Better yet, why would she agree to speak in front of a group who don’t lean Democrat, and are known to support Trump (as are the NYPD)? That’s just asking for trouble, to me.

         They do. Police, firefighters, military, truckers and tradespeople as well…certain types of people are just attracted to certain careers. Journalists, teachers and social workers tend to be Democrats.

13. i’m a dual who visits the US regularly, most of my family is there. The MAGA movement has never been stronger, if the PTB manage to subvert it this time, you’ll see a real insurrection, not that phony Jan 6th Fedsurrection. My money is on MAGA, a bunch of lawyers, bankers and metrosexual professors couldn’t even handle the Canadian Forces….ok, bad example.

       This is why I never had any use for unions (who did nothing but lay me off while the lazy POS beside who me played cards and napped on the job with his buddies got to keep his job, because he was hired a few days before me). The heads of unions pass ‘resolutions’ condemning Israel or the Conservative Party or whatever they like, while the rank-and-files members go, “wait…what? Nobody asked ME what my opinion was!”
