  1. Not the win I thought it was at first blush. It left open a nifty work around for authoritarians the next time they want to put the screws to the public.
    However, a win’s a win.

    1. Another day late and a dollar short ruling. It did not stop the killing and injuring of Auzzis with the vax.

  2. So how is this a win? How will Katarina Carroll be held personally liable? Will she be personally sued? Will she face prison time? Will she be fired without pay?

    1. Exactly. But dont worry. A lot of us Queenslanders fall into the never forgive, never forget category. Every State Premier from the Covid scamdemic years has been removed. There will be further legal action but it is a very high bar to prove malfeance over incompetence. Let the witch burning begin.

    2. No, she’s resigned over another but unrelated stuff-up. My impression was that she was detested by most of her troops and won’t be missed. They’ll use this though to negate any other wuflu action against her or anyone else, even though to some of us it looks gutless while also being welcome. But labor/greens will just appoint someone like her, so it’s not that much of a win.

Our current N.S.W. Police Commissioner is even more despised; scuttlebutt from the troops is that they fervently wish she’d pull the plug as well! But again, we’d just get someone at least as incompetent then… And given the latest incident here, of a gay double murder committed by a gay idiot in the Job (I can’t believe anyone in the Job would be this stupid given what I’ve already been told about it, but there you go), any new Commissioner would have to be rabidly gay and trans… And trash.

        1. True, but I’d actually be surprised if a labor/greens guvmint would push her to it. I got the impression (I haven’t followed QPol that closely) that this was her first major test, she botched it, got fed up or realised she was not cut out for it (or was told so by the powers-that-be), and resigned. Her resignation, whether voluntary or forced, was completely unexpected…

  3. Sort of related to the previous Wuhan post, I’ve said earlier that the world decided to treat COVID with a huge dose of Communism. Thanks for nothing courts. I didn’t think what happened could ever happen in a ‘free’ country, it did, it was easy, a lot of people went along with it and still believe they were right and we sit gazing at our navels.

  4. Another hole in the dam. Eventually there won’t be enough fingers to plug the holes in the dam that’s holding back all of the damning covid vaccine information and abusive vaccine mandates.

  5. Won’t happen in Canada, the courts always vote in favor of big bad government cause the goberment knows best. Our best chance of going after every level of government is civil suits where we can present global facts based on evidence not how bureaurats feel and think.

  6. It would be so refreseshing to watch the bureaucrats scapegoat the vax companies if it comes to it. Maybe they fight back? The one thing certain is the crats will never take responsibility, the work attracts emoting, infantile losers, they are incapable of responsibility

  7. Do not give up hope yet there is a saviour on the horizon. She has hog tied the biggest real estate magnate in New York and now she is focusing on the biggest meat producer in America for false advertising. I’m thoroughly convinced when she has bar-b-qued that titan she will of course turn her sights on the false advertising of the ‘Safe and Effective’ injection producers.

I know a lot of you will disagree with what I think will be her next target but perhaps you are underestimating the universal size of her ego. Never, never, ever underestimate the size of stupidity./s

  8. Money quote from the health minister Fentiman…

“The point that I want Queenslanders to know, is that his Honour did find that placing a limit on human rights around mandatory Covid vaccinations was not contrary to human rights, and in fact it was justified given that we were in the middle of a pandemic.”

That, respectfully, is where I disagree. The fascists trampled all over human rights. And they are remorseless.

  9. Put tracking devices on the most expensive pieces in the internment camps to find out who’s cottage get’s another bunky / boathouse.

  10. Pfft.. Sure, she didn’t think about her human rights abuse before she abused you.. That’s no a victory.. Its a roadmap for next time..
