Since the Freedom Convoy hit Ottawa two years ago, the identity of the man who became a celebrated local for his bitter, profanity-laced tirade against the protesters has remained a mystery. Until now.
The man is Matt MacDougall, now a senior policy adviser for parliamentary affairs in the office of Liberal Government House leader Steve MacKinnon.
At the time of the convoy, MacDougall worked for then House leader Mark Holland, who is now health minister.
OH! also had worked as an assistant for MP Han Dong (董晗鹏) and MP Mary Ng (伍凤仪).

He shouted “F*ck You” tirelessly like a minute gun, for hour after hour until he was as hoarse as a crow. He was clearly obsessively hateful. The author of the article is Glen McGregor, the once smarmy, Liberal-lover reporter who was laid off by CTV National News last June. He now appears to be on a revenge kick against the Liberals and their extensive supporters in the legacy media.
Glen was one of the first, if not the first , to report the story in early January of the Dear Leader’s $84,000-for-free vacation in Jamaica.
Some may recall that Glen worked for the muck-raking publication Frank magazine before he somehow was promoted to the bigtime at CTV. He has returned to muck-rating, and we can enjoy it because it is focused on the Dear Leader and his henchmen.

The brainwashing among public servants was breathtaking to behold. Prior to my retirement, my colleagues seemed 80% in favor calling in the army. The hatred and fear that was vocalized in MSTeams meetings at that time was incredulous. Most, but not all, were literally terrified of the truckers. When I mentioned I had gone down to talk to the them, everyone laughed, thinking I was making a silly joke. They were stunned when they realized I wasnt joking, and that I had done the incredibly dangerous feat of … talking to my fellow Canadians.
I still remember all the guys from everywhere. Even Romania and Iran. Really great signs, esp of Idris Elba and Sophie gregoure. And it is true, that area was never cleaner than it was then.
The Truck Convoy has been demonized by Ottawans and the Ottawa media. I was there. Protestors were polite and respectful. The streets were extremely slippery, plus bitterly cold. I had a couple of young men help me across a particularly icy patch. Yet many Ottawans still complain. Bunch of whiners — including this guy.

I once subscribed to Frank magazine, since it was funny at times. But the owner and main editor (whose name escapes me) was pro-Liberal. Frank magazine always hit the Conservatives, Reformers and NDPers much harder than the Liberals. This was especially true when Jean Chretien came into power. Then Frank lost its edge, dumping on the opposition all of the time.

When I was a public servant, most of we western-born conservatives just kept mouths shut at work.
We could safely discuss issues with friends (even Ottawa has over 25% conservatives).

I know for certain where balcony man’s building is. I also know that one maybe two homeless men have been building an encampment at the exact location where this took place in Ottawa. It’s fairly immense (the camp), They’ve been busy building shelter. They are on private property. Keep an eye as MSM that will probably try to ignore.
