      “Whatever was done was highly informal. No permission was asked from the family,” Hiss said.

      The Israeli military confirmed that organ harvesting took place, but that it ended in the 1990s.

      “This activity ended a decade ago and does not happen any longer,” a spokesperson told Israel Channel 2.

          1. That was his original regiment. He was in several different outfits throughout the war. Hevwa a trained paratrooper and commando.

          3. Yes joe the Cal Highs were not in Bergen Belsen. My uncle was attached to a British outfit by then. He was born in Wales in 14 and came to Canada in 28. His older brother who also joined the Cal Highs stayed in Wales after the war. My father in law joined the Cal Highs but was transferred to the Loyal Eddies and fought at Ortona. I had three uncles all born in Wales that joined the Cal Highs at the outbreak of the war. None of them were in the Cal Highs at the end of the war. One of them went in first wave on D Day. All three came home without a scratch as did my father in law. While my uncles were enlisted men my father in law was an officer. He was highly decorated for his bravery at Ortona. At one point his platoon was so close to the Germans that he had to call artillery fire on his own position. Funny how the war affected each of them differently. The one that was in Bergen Belsen wouldn’t talk about his combat experiences. The other two uncles had no trouble talking about taking out a German tank or using a Bren Gun to take out a German pillbox on Juneau Beach. I didn’t learn of my father in laws heroics until after he died. He had saved a small diary he wrote in each day. Quite moving reading. More than one page had tear stains as he wrote of losing one of his men to enemy fire. My son has his medals and his commissioning scroll.

Palestinians living in peace with their neighbors were suddenly driven off their land and out of their houses and put increasingly into as smaller and smaller concentration camp. Israel which has no legitimate claim to the land was the force doing the displacing. Should the Palestinians fight back? Well we know what happened last time when they didn’t. They lost even more land and more houses as Israel launched more and more ‘settlements’ on Palestinian lands. A young Jew from America went to Israel and was given a tour through the west bank. He noticed some fine modern homes in the area and commented to the taxi driver that the homes certainly looked modern. The taxi driver told him that yes that is the neighbourhood where he grew up. Sadly his childhood home had been bulldozed shortly after his family was evicted by Israeli “settlers”. Sounds like quite a happy place don’t you think? DELIBERATELY. To get as many people killed as possible. Even now they are keeping kidnapped hostages in hospitals and private residences, daring the IDF to try and rescue them without killing more civilians.

        No mercy for these terrorists OR their supporters until the hostages are released.
