  1. Rumor has it that Drones took out Santa last night and our government is keeping it secret… don’t tell anyone, you might see it on TV…
Trudeau is giddy with girly excitement on the rumor.

Hoe, hoe, hoe and Merry Christmas everyone everywhere!

  2. BC utilities commission not allowing a gas line upgrade is not isolated moronics, its happening everywhere.
No gas for them = no electricity for everybody, but try ‘splaining that to a Watermelon without jap-slapping them.
You can’t fix stupid, nor can you beat common sense into these turkeys.
Eat drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die.

    1. I would be prefer that they should die and the rest of us live our lives in freedom and prosperity.

    2. Looks like a two person panel made that decision. Astonishing. Wonder if they know anything about energy. People in the affected area of BC should be calling for heads to roll.

Best wishes for a happy Christmas, all (despite our crazy world).

    3. who is the BC utilities commission?

      D.a. Cote signed the order:

      Dennis A. Cote
      Commissioner (Part-time)

Dennis was appointed as a BCUC Commissioner in October 2008, after retiring from his role as Vice President, Product Development and Support for the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA) in 2007. During his time with BCAA, he served as Vice President Sales and Director of Travel Services. Before that, he was the Merchandise Investment Manager and Store Manager with the Hudson’s Bay Company for the BC region. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies from Simon Fraser University. Dennis also served on the Board of Consumer Protection British Columbia for six years.

      Appointed by OIC 440/2023

Exactly what in his experience gives him the expertise to decide whether or not a pipeline upgrade is in the best interests of the public? And of course why did it take 3 years to come to a decision?

  3. A very Merry Christmas to Kate, Lance and all the other contributors to the SDA Family, and I would especially like to send Kate my heartiest best wishes of the season for all her past and present hard work in making SDA literally the Renaissance site that it is.
Way to go Kate, you are indeed up there with history’s great shakers and movers. I guess one could call SDA a sort of ‘think tank’ populated by a vast entity who are very awake yet not ‘woke’ !
May we all find the strength to survive the ‘times’ we find ourselves in.

Take care all and may God bless.

    1. Indeed, my thoughts exactly, ac, … I appreciate all the work that Kate and Lance do to operate and maintain the site and stimulate conversations across borders. The contributors and followers too have great information, so this site is special.

      Merry Christmas to all

  4. Because of the holiday, I will refrain from posting what I really feel about these terrorist supporters, and instead, just wish everyone a joyful holiday. Merry Christmas, and have a happy (and brave) new year.
It’s gonna be a good one.

Yes, even you, GYM, and the same for all of our “regulars” UnMe, and Allan S. Seasons Greetings also go to the seemingly unpopular Colonialista. We have to learn to love our enemies. We are all God’s children.

  5. Gee, Moslems ruining Christmas, disturbing the peace and basically taking a shit on western society, what a surprise.
Surely some don’t approve, but where are they?
    Maybe only Allah knows.

    1. “Surely some don’t approve, but where are they?”

Hiding because they don’t believe anyone will stick up for them. I’ve spoken to a few. One guy was complaining because he came here (actually, his parents sent him) to get away from the the nut jobs and now they’ve followed him here.

Well, that depends on what side of the mountains you live on.. People living on the coast could heat pump but the people living on the eastern edge of BC not so much..

I suspect they will figure it out ??.. Sooner or later.. Maybe, who knows?.. Testing the limits of civil obedience because you got a plan is nothing new.. Always a war to fight.. Always a pocket to pick..

  7. More bad news.

Former head of the US Army in Europe, Ben Hodges, calls for Ukraine to ‘recruit’ draft-dodgers living in western Europe, including women, and says there’s still hope for victory against Russia because weapons-production in Nazi Germany only peaked in 1944.

    1. Ben Hodges needs to step away from the crack-pipe… Draft Dodgers might be good for fodder, but nothing else…
