Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

It’s too bad that we cannot say that Pierre Trudeau had the identical “greatest achievement”.
This is a guilty pleasure of mine. I love picking up a biography on some historical figure to get the generic take on them. Then start the digging. Because, it seems the truly brilliant tend to lean a little towards the absurd. The one that really caught me off guard was Benjamin Franklin. Holy smokes, that guy was a bit eccentric. Just ask the team of law enforcement officials that had to clean up the pad he had in Paris after he left. It included a survey of surrounding cemeteries. Yikes!
The truly incredible are often kind of strange. Guilty as charged. LOL
Eccentricity noted. Merry Christmas!
Stupid talking head..any human in the north can “walk on water”.
We call it ice.
Therefrom is derived hardwater fishing.
It’s ironic. By Darwinian thought, he’s a huge failure because he didn’t pass on his genes. But his name will live as long as humanity does math and physics.
Evolutionary biology is what you do when you can’t do hard science or math. It is lower-tier “science”.
“The only real science is physics. All the rest is just stamp-collecting”.

You want some very short pick-me-uppers look for her vids on YouTube.
The bewildered looks on the faces of her interviewees are priceless.
