  1. From the link -“So, if you are a somewhat stupid (i.e., suffering from a “severe intellectual disability”) epileptic dwarf, with a severe psychiatric disability, who cannot see or hear very well, do not be discouraged. Even with those disabilities and even if you are not fluent in English (although it is the universal language for commercial pilots and air traffic controllers), you apparently may still become an air traffic controller”
All of the above plus being gay and you get to be Transportation Secretary.

  2. Let’s start small with this idea.

I think we should show case the concept for the really important people in this world, and assign entire teams to the US Showcase Airports like Reagan International and Dulles International Airports.

Show our national leaders first hand how these progressive ideas can improve their lives.

  3. Reminded me of this: A Navy P-8A survellance plane overshot the runway somewhere in Hawaii and ended up in the drink, leading some to point out how the Navy constantly brags about how diverse their P8 fleets are…and by diverse I mean all female crews. What’s amazing is how the media and others circle the wagons to protect their narrative.

  4. Great. We’re hoping that maybe somebody with a severe speech impediment will be able to communicate accurately with somebody else with a hearing impairment. But at least if there is a crash all of the 120lb female firefighters (All Female Crew! GRRL POWER!!) will be able to successfully rescue people, as long as there is no requirement for heavy lifting or running.

  5. OMG.. really. I’m a pilot and have spent time in the tower with ATC.

    This is shear madness!

    People will die.

  6. Recommend that these potential new hires first do a stint flying US government officials: Air Force 1, Air Force 2, etc. so they can get valuable aviation experience.

  7. I’m only surprised Buttigag didn’t advertise for people with a bad psychedelic mushroom addiction?

  8. I tried to explain the concept of equality to my boss.. He was more interested in his own equity.. Imagine that?
